What is turnaround time?
Turnaround time is the time necessary to produce your product. Most of the products available on our website are ready either the same business day or the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround times.
Turnaround times for all print jobs begin once the order has been placed and the print-ready files have been uploaded, attached and approved. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins when we receive approval for your proof.
For orders with turnaround times of Same or Next Business Day, the job must be submitted and the proof (if selected) approved by 12 Noon (PST). Orders submitted and/or approved after these deadlines will be processed the following business day and the specified turnaround time will be in effect from that date and time.
In order to receive the fastest turnaround possible and avoid any delays, you may consider submitting your order without requesting a proof. Please recognize that if there are any technical problems with your file we will contact you regardless of the effect on turnaround time. Especially when declining a proof, it is imperative that you look over your file and correct any typos, misspellings or errors before submitting your print-ready files.
How is turnaround time determined?
Turnaround time for your print job begins once the order has been placed, your print-ready files have been uploaded and the proof has been approved. For orders requiring a proof, turnaround times do not begin until the proof has been approved. If you declined the proof option, turnaround time begins once your files are uploaded and the order has been placed.
Please note that Avalon Printing & Graphics is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating turnaround time.
In addition, turnaround time does not include shipping time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.
What can delay the start of turnaround times?

Turnaround times will not begin and could be delayed if:
1. Your files have not been submitted
2. Your files are not print-ready
3. You have not approved your proof
We will make every effort to notify you in a timely manner to begin turnaround time for your job. For example, if we identify during the pre-flight stage that your files are not print-ready, we will send you an email notification with further instructions.
Does turnaround time including shipping time?
No. Turnaround time refers to our production turnaround time, which does not include shipping time. In addition, turnaround time for your print job begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded and approved. Can I change turnaround time after my order has been placed?
We make it our top priority to meet your turnaround expectations, and we will make every effort to work with you after your order has been placed to adjust your turnaround time. If you want to adjust your turnaround time, it is essential that you work with us to help us identify the key elements needed to make your print job a success.
In some cases, however, we may not be able to adjust turnaround time due to the complexity and variety of printing processes that are available in our facility. Some items simply take longer to produce than others. How do I obtain the fastest possible turnaround time?

As a result, you can receive the fastest turnaround time if:
1. Your files are print-ready
2. You double-check your artwork yourself and decline the proof option
3. Select the fastest turnaround possible for your desired product
Do you ever complete jobs early?
Our goal is to complete or ship your order by the specified turnaround time. If completed early, we will notify you that your order is ready. However, if you need your order for a specific event or by a specified date please order the correct turnaround time to ensure that your order is completed in time.When can I pick-up my order?
Orders will be ready for pick-up at the end of business day on the target due date.
